We want you to be completely satisfied with your Factory Green purchase. If for some reason you wish to return your order, you may do so by emailing us at Exchanges@FactoryGreen.com. We will then process your return and authorize you to send it back to our facility.
Unwashed and unworn apparel may be returned for an exchange or refund. Other products may be returned if they maintain their original tags and are in an unused state. We reserve the right to cancel a return based on the item's condition upon arrival to our facility.
